Earn trades certificates by paying per cert with just a meta quest
User would be in workspaces like this where they get trained on specific machinery, perhaps doing maintenance work or safety checks to ensure that everything is working well.
I thought of this idea, but it seems like there are already several solutions out there. Have not researched how good these solutions are, but it could be an effective way to train a blue collar workforce at a time when trade school capacity is shrinking but the need for manufacturing jobs is growing.
